Probus Subscriber Competition - $500 National Travel Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Name
Subscribe to the National Travel newsletter for your chance to win a $500 National Travel Voucher (the “Promotion”).
2. Promoter
National Travel Pty Ltd ABN 82 638 159 967, Level 19, 160 Ann Street, Brisbane, QLD, the “Promoter”.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
3.2 Employees, contractors, agencies, or immediate family members of the Promoter or related brands are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Only one entry is permitted per eligible subscriber.
4. Promotion Period / Entry Window
The Promotion opens on 11 May 2026 when the Probus Subscriber Competition campaign launches and closes prior to the winner draw on 1 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
5. How to Enter
5.1 Subscribe to the National Travel newsletter during the Promotion Period.
5.2 Complete all required fields and submit your entry via the official competition landing page.
5.3 Entry into the draw is conditional on an active newsletter subscription at the time of the draw.
5.4 One valid entry per subscriber email address.
6. Prize
6.1 One (1) prize: AUD $500 National Travel voucher redeemable with National Travel.
6.2 The voucher will be applied as a credit towards an eligible National Travel booking.
6.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.4 The voucher is valid for new bookings only and cannot be combined with cash redemption requests.
7. Draw and Winner Selection
7.1 One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
7.2 The winner will be drawn on 1 July 2026.
7.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Notification and Claiming Prize
8.1 The winner will be notified via email and/or phone following the draw on 1 July 2026.
8.2 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw may occur.
8.3 The prize will be applied to an eligible National Travel booking, subject to Clause 6.
9. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
10. Privacy and Data Use
Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used by the Promoter for administering the Promotion, contacting the winner, and sending National Travel marketing communications in line with subscriber preferences.
11. General Conditions / Liability
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 The Promoter is not liable for technical failures, lost entries, or errors that may arise in running the Promotion.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Queensland. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
13. Dispute
In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
