Tasting Notes:

This light bodied sangiovese is ruby red in colour and the nose is intensely vinous showing fragrant notes of violets. Harmonious and dry on the palate, there are fine grape tannins and a savoury finish. Enjoy whilst it is young and vibrant!

What to eat with it:

This versatile red is an ideal match with Italian style cured meats, hearty pasta dishes, white and red grilled or roasted meats and fresh cheese such as pecorino or caccioto.
