This Southern Italian dry white wine, from the vineyards of Mount Etna, with its rich, brown volcanic soil produces an intense minerality and purity on the nose and palate. Straw yellow in colour, it develops a floral fruity bouquet with notes of peach and pineapple, on a mineral background. The taste is fresh, soft and of medium structure, utterly delicious!
