This clean, crisp white has a beautiful light rose gold colour.  On the palate, the flavour is soft and fruity with a delicate pear aroma and quince and pear flavours adding to the finish. Minimum old oak treatment adds to the texture.

A nice drop to sip solo or can be enjoyed with seared or grilled fish or simply oven roasted chicken.
