Tasting Notes:

Ruby red in colour with a perfume of cherry, strawberry and wild cherry, on the palate it is complex with beautiful notes of fruit and a lovely freshness and finish, with a hint of spice! Has the potential to age will with cellaring.

What to Eat it with:

Perfect with starters such as stuffed pasta and particularly good with roast poultry, grilled meat, game birds and mature cheese.
