Steeped in family history, this French Sparkling was founded in the heart of Burgundy in 1898 by the widow of a Parisian banker....ooh la la! Veuve in French means widow! After her husband's death Marie Ambal joined her brother, a wine broker in Rully, as the demand for Sparkling wines was just being realised. Now her great great grandson and current President of the Company continues to build on the signature strength of the Ambal brand, combining quality with tradition and modernity!

Tasting Notes:

Pale yellow gold in colour, the fruity bouquet shows enticing citrusy notes with a hint of red fruits and some biscuity complexity. The palate is elegant and the finish is long, crisp and dry.
